Our owner, Tom Tracy, had a successful career in Senior Management before deciding to put a decade of experience in the home improvement industry, serving buyers as a home inspector. High-Tech Tools
Tom understands the importance of mixing a visual inspection with results from some of the most high-tech tools in the home inspection industry.
Thermal Imaging – With the Flir E-5 infrared camera, Tom can see details not visible to the human eye. This will provide detailed images of the smallest difference in temperatures to help identify latent moisture, hot electrical connections, or energy losses.
Advanced Sewer Scope – Using the Secon-Extreme 150’, we’re able to take an in-depth look at your sewer line.
Foundation Measurement – The 2000B provides accurate and unbiased foundation measurements for high quality decision making today and in the future.
